The Hawaii Broadband Map is based on data from broadband service providers. Provider participation in this project is critical to accurately conveying the status of broadband service and availability in Hawaii.
As a broadband service provider, if you have not yet been contacted by our organization, please contact us at support@hibroadbandmap.org. The Hawaii Broadband Map team will help you get started and make sure your company and service area is accurately represented.
NOTE ON DATA ACCURACY:
Hawaii Broadband Map has attempted to gather the best available data on broadband availability in the State of Hawaii. However, Hawaii Broadband Map was only able to verify broadband service provider information at the census block level. Therefore, while a census block may be verified as having access to broadband services, it is possible that not every address within that census block can access broadband services. Any information or feedback that can improve the accuracy of Hawaii’s Broadband Map is greatly appreciated; please contact us at support@hibroadbandmap.org. You can also assist the Hawaii Broadband Map team by taking the speed test and reporting an unserved area.
